Week 13.......


This week I was in the mood for Japanese. I am a big sushi roll fan. I made some the other day with crab. They came out great. The only problem was that I forgot to buy wasabi.
The rest of my menu for the week included a Korean style BBQ beef (that's the one in the pic that my dog is eyeballing), chicken fied rice, turkey and shredded zucchini burgers (which was really good for being a healthy burger option), chicken madeira (I stole the idea from the Cheesecake Factory), and "skinny" tuna casserole from skinnytaste.com.
 I bought a octopus the other day. There may be some cool pics to come! I'm nervous because I've never cooked octopus before. We'll see how it turns out.....

  1. All those dishes look delicious! They seem very exquisite and something you can find at a very nice restaurant. But the best is the pic of the BBQ beef, with your puppy eyeballing it hoping that some of that food falls off the table. lol... :-)
